The Leadership & Enterprise Expedition
Pathfinders Summer Program is a two-week overnight summer camp designed for teens who are ready to rise as leaders, build strong character, and launch their own enterprises. Through an immersive experience grounded in the five elements of life—spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and financial—Pathfinders equips young people with the tools to lead with excellence, overcome challenges, and create impact in their communities and beyond.
A Two-Week Immersive Experience Where Teens:
- Live in a community that fosters growth, resilience, and collaboration.
- Learn from experienced coaches, entrepreneurs, and leaders who share real-world insights.
- Gain hands-on training in leadership, character development, and entrepreneurship.
- Work in teams to create and present their own business plans.
- Strengthen communication, confidence, and decision-making skills.
- Leave with a clear sense of purpose and the tools to walk it out.
This transformational program is designed to help students:

Every day is a balance of learning, teamwork, and adventure. Mornings are dedicated to leadership workshops and business labs. Afternoons focus on team projects, outdoor activities, and skill-building challenges. Evenings bring community gatherings, reflective practices, and fun camp events that create lifelong memories.
