Your support makes it possible for students to participate in our flagship program, Character in Command—a three-year journey of character development, leadership training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial growth.
🎓 Sponsor a Student
The cost to empower one student for one year: $11,203.21
The cost to empower one student for three years: $33,609.62
Each sponsorship supports that student’s full access to:
- A full year of Character in Command curriculum and coaching
- Monthly mentorship, peer collaboration, and skill-building workshops
- Entrepreneurship training and business development support
- Emotional wellness and family engagement programming
- Intergenerational mentorship and leadership activation
💡 We work with 60-student cohorts to maximize impact, mentorship, and peer connection.
👥 Our young leaders then employ 5 to 10 teen and young adult employees each to grow their business ventures.
💜 Sponsors receive periodic impact updates and the option to connect with a student’s story.

Cost to launch and operate a region for one year: $672,192.43
Cost to fully sustain a region for three years: $2,016,577.29
(Directly serving a full cohort of 60 students per region)
Regional sponsorship includes:
- Program staff and operations support

- Local mentor recruitment and training
- Student scholarships and materials

- Parent and guardian development tools
