Character in Command
Youth-Led Ventures That Shape Virtue at Work
Great Leadership Begins With Inner Mastery
At KSA Waymaker Unlimited, we believe that true leadership starts with characterβand that young people can be powerful agents of transformation in their families, communities, and workplaces. Character in Command is a bold, three-year initiative that equips teens (ages 14β19) to grow in virtue, build purpose-driven businesses, and become leaders who influence others through values-based action.
The name Character in Command reflects our belief that young people should not live at the mercy of their circumstancesβbut rise to lead themselves with purpose, discipline, and identity. To become who you’re called to be, do what you’re purposed to do, and have the impact you’re meant to have, you must first develop the character to lead your own life. That kind of leadership begins with Kingdom characterβanchored in truth, integrity, and inner mastery.

The Vision: Character First. Leadership Next.
Rooted in our signature βMindset, Action, Resultsβ framework, the program teaches youth to:
- Be grounded in purpose and integrity,
- Do meaningful work that serves others,
- and Have a life aligned with their calling.
Through inspired entrepreneurship, mentorship, and holistic development, we cultivate a generation of teens who not only lead wellβbut live well.
